If you have questions, we have answers! Check out this page for helpful insights into questions you might have about our services or processes at Greenleaf Landscaping.

How long until you’re able to begin the work?

Jobs are scheduled after proposals are officially signed. Depending on the time of year, the timeline for plant installations can be as little as two weeks or as long as two months. Most planting jobs take 2-4 days. The wait for hardscaping projects typically averages two months, but this varies on the time of year. The average hardscape job takes about two weeks to complete.

How expensive is this going to be?

All of our jobs are custom. We’re upfront about approximate costs based on the scope of work. It’s best to have a budget for your project. We’re able to create an initial rough budget if you have no idea. We work with our clients to accomplish project objectives and give the best value possible.

What kind of guarantee do you have?

Greenleaf has been serving our community for over 35 years. We stand behind our work. We guarantee our plantings for one year and our hardscaping for four years. Some of our other products may carry a third-party guarantee.

What is the process we go through?

Initially, someone from our design team meets on-site with you to review the project and take initial measurements. Some proposals can be created in as little as a day, but some may take several weeks, depending on the level of design work needed. After proposals are signed and we receive a deposit for the job, we bring in a project manager who works with you and oversees our project crews to ensure you are satisfied from start to finish. After project completion, they can walk you through the finished product. After completion, our office staff will generate an invoice for the completed work and email or mail this to you based on your preference.

How do I pay my bill?

We accept most forms of payment. Some clients pay by check, while others like using our one-click payment invoices and utilizing their credit or debit cards. If you prefer other methods, you can always drop off your payment in person at our office. Most maintenance work is billed on equal monthly installments or as work is performed. You can always log into our customer portal and view your invoice. Please contact us if you do not have those details.
