What To Expect with Our Design & Build Process
- Site Visit: A member of the Greenleaf design team visits the project location to perform a detailed site analysis, discuss budget, and overall design inspirations
- Creative Development: The Greenleaf design team works diligently to create a conceptual layout for your outdoor space based on your desired parameters and our seasoned experience
- Design Presentation: A Greenleaf designer will present the design to you and discuss design changes, specific materials, and all project phases.
- Contract and Scheduling: Once a design is completed, our team will finalize the contract and schedule your project upon receipt of a down payment. Utilities will be called in to be marked, and we’ll work on sourcing all necessary materials. Our design team will continue to work closely with you throughout the project.
- Installation Day: Our professional, highly-tenured landscape installation team will begin prepping the site and transforming the area into your dream space.
- Project Completion: Our team will provide detailed instructions on the care and maintenance of your new landscaping and warranty information once the project is complete. If properly cared for, your new landscaping will grow with your family or business for many years.
